Hi Hagemeyer. You don't give a location apart from USA (big country) but this should be easy wherever you are. Cuttings take absolutely easily in spring. You don't even need rooting hormone. Just take the cuttings any old way and stick them in water in sunlight. You should get between 80 and 90% strike rate. If you want to divide it because it is too big then simply split it in early spring. I won't even wish you luck. You won't need it.
