In the ground, Growmore or Vitax Q4 (this one's better because it's also got trace elements, but more expensive).

Growmore or Miraclegrow i find the best.

I use Miracle Grow Liquid feed, attach it to your Hose end, and water as normal...it can get a bit expensive to feed all the different species...so this is our method...
