I have had a dixonia antartica
planted for 3 years and It has displayed 13 fronds each year,but so far no sign of fronds,the top hole seems to be growing woody,and I can see green or red liquid each morning inside the hole,has anyone any ideas?

Sounds like its a goner I'm afraid - damage from the winter has killed the growing tip - the liquid is caused by infection.
