No idea.
Is it an outdoor plant?
It does look a little like a Cupphea of some description, but I'm sure that's well wide of the mark!

I wondered if it could be a Lantana. I didn't think that there were any hardy enough to survive outdoors in Derbyshire, but wouldn't it be lovely if there were.

Hi, its a Lonicera ledebourii, fully hardy can get quite large if not pruned back hard.

Lonicera involucrata var. ledebourii, to be precise - a great and very under-used shrub that we have in the garden here.
It produces attractive black berries in the spent flower bracts too from which new plants can readily be raised. Like most Honeysuckles it also comes easily from soft or hardwood cuttings, which is how it's propagated commercially.
