My dicentra spectabilis alba had been dying back, as I expected. I cut of the last few remaining foliage to give it a tidy up, yet over the last couple of days it has stared growing again and has even produced more flowers. What did I do wrong or is this normal? Should I keep these or cut the all off again?
Thanks in advance

I agree just leave it be.
One of mine hasn't lost a single leaf this year whilst all the others have died back properly !

they are a bonus so just let nature take its course. the drop in temp then the rain and then the raise in temp has just made it think its been through winter and its spring again.
