Do you leave Tumbling tomatoes growing all the time. Never pinch out the tops?

No you don't pinch them out Deighton, as Cammomile says, because there isn't one central stem. Have you got them in a hanging basket? I tried that last year and it was very successful, except they need watering more often, and plenty of feed! Annie (Cumbria)
