Garlic.
The tops of my Garlic which I planted last November,are now brown & looking dead.Any chance that the bulbs are still growing ? or should I be digging them up ?It seems early for them to have finished growing.

They should be if they are regular garlic. Elephant garlic may need another year to reach full size.
