I would do it after they've finished flowering, about now, Daddy, or leave it until the spring. make sure you get plenty of root with each bit, and plant deeply . You could also take some cuttings, which you also do now. Just pull non-flowering shoots off a main stem, dip them in rooting powder after cleaning the leaves from the bottom, and put them into gritty compost around the edge of a pot. Annie
