Looks like a weigela (bush honeysuckle) to me. If it is, it's gorgeous.

Hello franny, thats a very good price you paid, this weigelia does well in a sunny situation or semi shade, let it get established before doing any pruning which you can do after flowering it also reponds very well to severe renovation pruning.
