Hello,
I'm a gardener in the Gardens of the Horniman Museum, and it is all that goes on there that I shall be documenting here. Only there, in fact. My own garden about which I am almost equally obsessed can be found under this username at myfolia.com.

I take photos of every fungus I see. I have to. My secret passion is cacti, and I think it's my dream to work in the cactus house at Kew Gardens. I'm currently doing RHS Level 2 qualification through correspondence, as before I started volunteering at the Horniman I wanted to become a student or apprentice at Kew Gardens, and that's the level of horticulture they require. However, for my CV and life experience, I began volunteering at the Horniman. The team have really taken me under their wing and I'm now training up with clear view of becoming the next apprentice. I get to use the petrol-powered things. So when I am old I may potter in Kew's cactus house, but now, and for the next many, many years, I am sticking with the Horniman. Love it.
