Ricinus communis (Castor bean plant) this plant should be treated as an annual or tender perennial in the UK.

I grew this Ricinus in a front garden once & the leaves grew very big and the flower is unsual and nearly every one that passed commented on how nice it was but the seeds are poisness so do be carefull, and will not last in the winter. :o)
