That depends on whether it,s a tuberous rooted begonia or a fibrous rooted one, if it has a tuber overwinter in a cool but frost free place, and start it into growth again next spring. If fibrous rooted these are usually used as summer bedding plants for just one year, although you can pot them up and grow as a house plant, but they tend to get a bit scraggy. best just put on the compost heap.
