Phlox paniculata
I have some Phlox paniculata which I planted up into a container for the summer. I would like to know if it is best left in the container over winter or to move it into the border now as I now have space for it.
Also, do these plants require cutting back to ground level for winter?
Thank you

Next question
Most plants are better off in the ground than in containers, I would leave the shoots on to give a little protection over winter, and cut them back in spring when you see new growth.
