Put up sticky traps--yellow cards covered with adhesive or petroleum jelly--all over to catch as many of the adults as possible. Also spray thoroughly and frequently (daily) with a dilute solution of organic washing up fluid, or commercial insecticidal soap. As the temperatures drop, the problem will lessen, since they are heat lovers.
