I'm planning to buy an indian bean tree, about now. My guestion is I'd like to plant small flowers underneath. is the tree surface rooting?

I have some hardy Fuchsias growing under mine, they seem to be quite happy :o))

itsquit a lite and airy kind of tree so you got a good chance compared to say a connifer .
