I'd never heard of it, but clicking on the links on the page you've come from, the seed suppliers say it's an annual.

Orlaya grandiflora IS an annual, but does seed itself around . . . for some reason the second flowering looks better. Very pretty, but fragile.

You can save seed from it and start again next spring.
