Why are my seedlings (planted indoors) going "leggy" & how can I stop this?

This appears to be mostly Romanesco cauliflower, but also others as well

They're looking for light. It will help if you can put them on a windowsill close to the glass with a reflective board behind them until it is warm enough for them to be hardened off outside. Turn them every day to stop them leaning.
