what is the best way to gwt rid of brambles

At the height of summer, brambles can grow 12" a day!!!! They're a pain to get rid of and very thorny. Just keep cutting back and dig out as much as you can. Shame though - the fruit is delicious.

If you want to do it organically, cut back as much as possible to a stump. Then keep cutting evertime a shoot pops its head through the soil. Eventually it will die as it will not be able to photosynthesis
