Monkey Puzzle Droop

This tree has been growing quite happily in it's present location for the last 5 years. This year the new growth is drooping and not as bright green as usual. There does not appear to be any pests or fungus on the tree, and as the surrounding grass is healthy I do not suspect lack of water. Any ideas?

thats a strange one maybe the earth round it is to compact.
