you can buy tunnel traps although they need an element of skill to set them , I worked with a guy on reservoir embankments occassionaly, part of his duties were mole catching ,i must admit I didnt have the stomach for it , but if you got them I could explain to you how to set them for best results. There is an ultra sonic type tool you can purchase that sends a signal into the ground that the moles find unbearable ,this moves them on and means you dont get involved in killing em.
