I sow my carrots at this time of year.
Rather than sequential sowing, choose early and late varieties. I sow 3 rows of earlies that become ready early July, and by the time we've used those we are ready for the lates from September onwards.

They will be fine, though the weather is going to get cooler again over the coming week. Once the soil has warmed up, and it is now, it tends to retain that warm for a long while. With the carrots and spring onions don't sow too many at a time, rather sow them sequentially over a couple of months.
