This may be an odd one of a kind question so here it goes...I have a vynil white fence along my driveway and on the interior side we have beautiful shrubs with accent lighting showcasing at night. Unfortunately, he outside of the fence is along a creek where kids pass through. These young kids vandalize by putting grafitti on that side. We cannot stop them as we tried many times. However I feel I can deter them by placing some natural greenery along that side. This will not give them a white surface to spray paint on. Any ideas of what type of greenery or plantation to use. It's a 6 foot fence. Any dea would be appreciated.Thank you! Jake

How about a nice Berberis hedge. No one goes through that to vandalise!

Poison ivy? I don't suppose you have stinging nettles in the States, do you? Very good for encouraging butterflies......;o))))

Blackthorn Prunus spinosa, Berberis and Pyracantha. Even Mahonia's spiney leaves would deter most.

i thaught stinging nettles but thaught they may become more of a problem than the kids gattina unless you have a solid fenve then it would be perfect behind your fence ofcourse or blackberries i think they are the prickly things lol . or what about a nice climbing rose there quit spitefull . got one of those myself lol .

How about some holly plants. They can get large enough that no one will reach over them, and even when they are small, no one will stand in them. Also great during the winter.
