Hi, I planted seed potatoes in bags. As I have been away during the warmest of the weather, they have a lot of tall foliage. Should I cut back the foliage or just bank up the soil to the top of the leaves.

If they are earlies, just leave them. If they are a main crop variety, then earth them up.
