Best to leave alone for now I would only move if a cat or if its starting to get dark and its still their pick it up and put in a bush / tree out of harms way , he/she will be fine they do all spilt up when they come out of the box so to see one by itself is normal all the noise probably calling its parents to be fed .

Mum or dad will come and sort it out... if you touch it they wont go near though.

We had this problem a few weeks ago with a baby blackbird we found hiding behind one of my containers on the patio, our cat was ready to pounce and the parents were swooping down at her. I had to move it into the Ivy on top of the fence. lucky the parents carried on feeding it.Over the next couple of days i kept finding it in the border and i kept putting it back in the Ivy the parents never gave up feeding it. Eventually it made it's way into next doors garden, a safer place rarely gets cats. I was so glad it was safe my nerves couldn't take any more i felt like it was one of my own ! Hope the baby Blue Tit is survives.

I had similar with baby robins a week or so ago , and we have two cats . My nerves were in shreds , we think at least one survived , I called him Tweety-Pie , as he kept flaunting himself in front of the cats !

When you think that each year mum and dad robin have a clutch of 5 or 6 eggs and sometimes two clutches it is natural they do not all survive... Sad but part of nature.

Don't touch him, they are fledging at the moment and the parent will know he's there. Many a baby bird has died because well meaning people have taken them from below their nests in the belief that there is a problem. You cannot blame yourself if something does happen to it - its nature. We have just found a whole nest of baby blackbirds on our lawn and they were ok last night in the nest. Its nature I'm afraid.
