Saxifraga umbrosa (London Pride) can be a thug if it likes your garden, Bulba regularly 'weeds' some out. Is this what your's looks like?

It does spread but it's so shallow-rooted, it's easy to pull out

London Pride in my part of London is a name applied to Heuchera Pink Spangles rather than Saxifraga, so who knows what plant it is. Either way, easy to dig out.

Do you have a photo of this plant so I can give the right advice for the right plant? London Pride is something I would want to keep and wasn't aware that it was invasive....
