Camelia Tree - What have I done?

I have moved a large camelia tree (7') from our previous house to our new home and initially it looked like it had settled in. Some of the leaves turned much greener but after 3wks they started to fade and now the tree is fast turning brown! I did try to take as much of the root ball as I could and made sure the hole was big enough with lots of ericaceous compost, food supply & water - think I may have 'murdered' my plant in trying to move it???!......HELP.....is there anything I can do to reverse this process?

Hi there Idcr, I'd take some cuttings and pot them up just in case! Fingers crossed for you!

Hi Idcr if you moved he camelia this spring when it was already in leaf you have put a huge amount of stress on it. Water and feed regularly are really all you can do now and keep your fingers crossed.
