I use a slow releasing feed and add water retaining crystals to the soil too, as they are high up they tend to dry out quicker with the wind/breeze

Good morning Sunshines on a rainy like your name.
I am using miriacle grow compsot fo rmy hanging basket which have feed .
My baskets are looking lush.
As for my fuchsia baskets I do add feed to them for added perfomance.:)
But nutireints do get washed out with watering so you do need to give a helping hand.
Good luck.
