I put mine out a couple of days ago, Afril. Too late really, my hubby had already filled our small veg bed with potatoes and sweet corn plants! I had to find space at the back, they will hopefully find the fence to climb up! Runner beans are just about my favourite veg, apart from new potatoes . . . yummy!
Let us know how you get on with your beans!

any time now would be good. the ones i sowed direct in the ground are through. dont forget to provide a frame /wigwam for them to climb up.
I also put sweetpeas with them to help with pollination.
welcome to GoY too.
