In our greenhouse we have several strawberry plants in pots and the fruit is mysteriously being severed from the plant stem and the strawberries are being lined up neatly behind the pots or in little neat groups. Some have been nibbled only slightly. We found a frog sitting amongst the fruit and then another smaller frog joined it. We're baffled as we didn't think frogs ate fruit and can't work out how they managed to get as high up the plant and have the strength to get the fruit off the stem then move the fallen fruit behind the pots. Do you think we've got fairies?!!

Agree mice you may need to set traps.

In our household the strawberries mysteriously vanish from the planters in the greenhouse, but there is no trace left, not even a leaf.
However, my wife is often seen with a self-satisfied smile on her face and an expression of contentment!
Any suggestions for suitable traps, Moon grower?

Not fairies but mice - little monkeys store food for later.
