my acers are both looking sick one leaves al opened but got patches of pale yellow, and the othe one lloks dreadfull leaves not opened and very droopy

Possibly Acer palmatum? Okay more questions when did you plant them? How have you been watering/feeding them? Are they exposed to a lot of wind?
Lack of water/food can turn leaves yellow, especially if not long planted... Japanese acers do not like to be in windy conditions.
