My Buxus sempervirens topiary ball is in pot next to 2 walls by house. Have just noticed all the leaves have died off on the back of plant up by walls. Will the plany recover and is there anything I can do to help?

Most plants will only do well on the side facing away from the wall. We had a Christmas tree in the same position and only one side developed. This might be a case where cutting the dried stems back to green wood will succeed, but give it time to recover. As Steragram says turning it regularly will help but I would get it away from the wall and give it light.

Don't know, but if you succeed it would be a good idea to keep turning it as it obviously isn't happy in that position. Also try soaking it in case its got too dry.
