Does anyone know anything about diseases that affect eucalyptus trees

We have a small eucalyptus tree in our garden and this year we have noticed that some of the leaves have small raised red/brown spots on both sides of the leaves. Not all of the tree is affected as yet, but we could do with finding out what is wrong with it, so we can treat it if needed.

It may be gall wasp. Have a look at:
