Those leaves look very similar to my Deutzia Kath.

The leaves look like the Scentless Mock Orange (Philadelphus inodorus), but the flowers don't quite match.

I have a couple of Philadelphus that have no scent at all except one has a slight orangey whiff on warm evenings, so no smell this year. But one of the ones I have is the inodorus as TB says and looks identical to your photo.

Looks like a philadelpus or mock orange to me. Is is scented ?
