North Lincolnshire, United Kingdom Gb

I know Cobaea scandens as the cup and saucer vine or Canterbury Bell, and it's an annual climber. Is that what you mean - if it is, I must say this picture does look rather like it.

Bamboo is right cup and saucer plant genus Cobaea. Does the plant have tendrils? its a half hardy annual so wouldnt expect it to come through the winter but perhaps some seeds have managed to germinate. The reason I though it was a campanula was because I cant see the saucer part of the plant

Hey Mageth, it might be campanula anyway, since we can't tell if its climber or not!

My money's on Campanula Persicifolia. Does it come from a rosette at the base, Skilla?
