Hallo Pamg. That is the "Wuppertaler Schwebebahn". The end station is about half a mile from where I live. If you go to one of the search engines or youtube you can find a lot more about the thing...if you are interested that is.

Personally, I would be more comfortable with the rail underneath the train!!!!!!!

I guess it is in Germany ... near where you live. And I think it's a train ?
It looks as if it would go too fast for me lol
