Thanks for the comments. @ Waddy...I´m still around...80% retired...my old boss phones me up on occasions when theres a lot of work on...so I go in for a few hours...a nice bit of "beer money" as they say. I check this site out every day...and have learnt a lot from it. Other than pulling weeds up in the garden it do a bit of napkin decoupage....and decorate things in "gypsy style" painting..roof slates...old oil cans etc etc...that keeps me busy. @ Poppyseed...sorry I have no idea what the plant is...it´s always been there and I havn´t thought to see what it is. Have a nice weekend all....the weather is lovely here at the moment....temps around 18 C during the day dropping to around 3-4 C at night...well we do now have autumn.

Yes, they look lovely at this time of year.especially growing through a tree.
There was a beautiful one growing through a Silver Birch that I got a photo of at Beth Chatto's garden on Saturday.
