I am a keen but very new gardener! In the last year I have cleared our postage stamp sized London garden of a mass of ivy and removed two rotting ex pigeon related sheds. We've reinstalled a lawn, added three borders and planted a beautiful white cherry. So at last we have the beginnings of what I hope will be a little dot of loveliness in the urban sprawl. I filled the garden with colour for summer but as my cosmos are taller than me and only just about to flower at the end of October and my nasturtiums are taking over I realise what an awful lot I have to learn even to just get the basics right!!!!!
