A girls day out!

I had real treat today, should have spent the day doing the ironing!
Instead after getting up really late (no children) I was discussing what I wanted to do for the day and mentioned going into Sandwish to kirsty, a 24 year old who is staying with me, while finishing up at university!
To my surprise, she said ‘How can you think of going to Salutations without me’!
South African born and bread, I didnt realise how much of an outdoor’s girl she is. We had a great day just wandering round Sandwich. You dont always see how great a place is till you see it with a visiter!
What a great window box for this house!
there are some great scalptures around the garden.
kirsty found the white statue fasinating, it seemed to be made of polystyeren covered in plaster, realy fragile, I wouldnt have notised, except for the way the young have to prod and investogate things!
We will have to go back when the daff’s are out!
