RBG Edinburgh puts on a stunning display of Erythroniums etc

In a class of 5 exhibits I was delighted to be given a 3rd place in Section 1. My other exhibits were in Section 2. Section 2 is for anyone who has not had 50 Firsts at SRGC Shows. I had dug this plant up the night before the Show in Kincardine, two weeks ago. Because I had a plant grown from a seed in another class in Section 2, I chose to place this in the class for plants grown in the open garden. I failed to register the clause which said it was to have been dug up within 10 days of this show. The secretary agreed I could move it to Section one before the judges arrived. Lol who said it was hard to enter a show. It is fine if you read for effect.
