Last blog covered England and Holland. France and Austria will be missed out as we were not in either country long enough or didn’t have the camera handy.
3. Belgium. Wherever you go the basics are the same. This is a castle – the Chateau de Petite Somme – also known as Radhadesh. Home to a Hare Krishna group. And right now they are working hard to reclaim their vegetable beds. June 2010.
4. Germany. Neuschwanstein Schloss. The fairytale castle in Bavaria. Now a top tourist spot; but a sad place for Ludwig who was inspired to build it. Nestles in the hill, surrounded by trees. And rain – rain the day we visited. June 2010.
5. Switzerland. At this time of year the meadows are full of wild flowers. Stunningly beautiful. All you want to do is lie in the grass and admire. June 2010
