Pleased you are enjoying both the site and your gardening Stokey, I `ve always put my world to rights whilst gardening, it always helps my mood to be out there doing something, I have four cats and two dogs to help me, although I would not call some of their antics a help, lol...

Well, its not just a question of 'setting the world to rights' - I find that after half an hour on the allotment I actually think more clearly. Problems shrink to their rightful value in my day. Are more easily solved.
Like my Spinach seed has yet to germinate, with all this cold weather. Thought today to sow some more in a pot
in the greenhouse to plant out later. Simple - better than wondering if the air/ground will every warm up.

That is so right Diane, it certainly works for me..

I love cats too, except when they dig up my newly planted annuals...

I also like cats, and mine enjoys the garden as much as I do :o)
It doesn't matter if your garden doesn't look perfect like some others. (and are they perfect anyway) ... It's yours and you love it. That's all that matters.

Welcome to the site Stokey ,it is a great place ,I would just endorse what the others say everyone is so helpful and friendly and as for thinking your garden won't be a match for others if you are happy with it thats the main thing..............:)))
