Gardening Is An Alternative Therapy!

Gardening is an alternative Therapy! I saw this on a key ring in the garden centre last week. It made me smile. There is nothing like gardening to sooth the sole so if you having a bad day or feeling a little stressed go out into the garden and pull a few weeds or just sit amongst the flowers for a few minuets with a cup of coffee and relax and if you cant get out well here are a few photos of the flowers in my garden.
Have a good weekend all!

How very apt and true that is.If you are a gardener, like all of us on here,we all know how you can block out all the negative things,we sometimes feel, and be happily engrossed in whatever you are doing at that time.A great stress buster ..:o))))

The best therapy in my opinion Sueb, you get so wrapped up in what your doing that all your worries seem to fade away, and with little plants like the strawberry (it is, isn`t it) you not only get lovely little flowers but delicious fruit as well, what more can you want. The rest of your plants are nice too.
