Frustrated

I’m even more frustrated when I read other posts telling me that Spring is on the way. We have had a fortnight of -3C down to -6C temperatures overnight and its forecast to continue for the next week. I have got so much to do, geraniums to bring out of hibernation and seeds to prick out just for starters. The house is covered in plants. We have underfloor heating which is great for germination but then its too hot for the seedlings and then there’s finding enough light. I know nothing is ever just right for us gardeners.
The answer is just to “go with the flow”. This is winter in SW France and soon it will Spring and I’ll have so much to do I wont know what to do first. Isn’t that the joy of gardening??

Yes, it's all very well getting seeds to germinate but then they need lots of light.....a gardener's lot is not a simple one.ha ha!!!

We're up and down here in Lincs, I was working in very warm sunshine all day yesterday, it really was grand, today its dull and cannot make up its mind whether to rain or not, I'm blaming hubby as he washed the cars...

That's amazing - I'd imagined your weather would be much milder than ours. Never mind you will make up for it once the warmer weather kicks in.
