No frog or toad spawn in our pond as yet, but have had a fairly mild day in which to enjoy a bit of gardening.

Alas we have no pond but we do have toads - maybe I should look over at next doors pond.

Thanks for your warm welcome. I grabbed a couple of hours in the garden today, mostly in the greenhouse, as I am not supposed to be doing any heavy stuff, since I got tennis elbow preparing some ground for grass seed in the Autumn (still painful after 5 months). When the sun came out it was lovely and warm. It's so mild I have been feeding the fish in a vain attempt to discourage them from eating the toad spawn. Some usually survive I don't know how, we have a lot of fish.`

Have you tried skin brushing for your elbow? You can get skin brushes from health food shops. Brush upwards in small strokes. It improves the circulation and speeds recovery. It really works.
