I am a widow who has a 53ft long garden with shrubs and a laurel hedge round, a third of the garden is in the shade, i have a large holly tree in one corner which i like but it probably needs pruning. My grass is half moss now. I have a center flower bed which has a couple of small trees and various plants in it and a very small pond, which used to have frogs in it but they don't seem to be there now. The sun only gets into the garden in the afternoon. I have a very small summerhouse. I have pots with roses and others with herbs in.
