New fence
10 comments
At long last the new fence is up what a difference it has made !.
Just got to wait 4 weeks for the paving to be done, the only disappointing thing is we had it done when we went on holiday and they made the new beds straight instead of curved!! i will just have to soften it with plants .

What a gorgeous fence, all that space to plant climbers!

You could drill the posts and screw trellis to them so when the fence needs treatment you could unscrew it and lay it flat?? Or grow clematis up a series of obelisks? That's an expensive option though.

Thats great, love the fencing. Planting can alter the look of the straight edges by softening and changing the shape if they are chosen so they grow out over the edging.
