Blogs

As I mentioned a couple of weeks back I have been experimenting with ’blog’s, and yes! a few Goyers gave me a fair bit of feedback to work on, thanks very much!
The reasoning behind my venture goes beyond Goy and that is; I am also associated with other ‘gardening forums’ on the net, and what I am trying to produce is ’ blogs’ that are relevant to each of these forums!
As you will appreciate if I ‘nest’ my ‘blogs’ on Goy I cannot display it/them elsewhere, meaning I have to produce others for the other forums.
Now this can be quite time consuming, as anyone here who has written a blog for Goy, will know.
As I have said; I have taken on board all that was said before and come up with these ‘blogs’ for you to pick the bones of if you feel inclined!
What I am hoping to do in future, is produce a ‘preamble’ on each ‘blog’ relative to the forum I am submitting it to, meaning these forums will still have their automony, and more to the point, I can continue to be part of that automony!
The way I plan on doing this is; I link my most recent blog/s at the end of each preamble!
For example; Consider the above text to be my preamble then this is how I would make the link/s;
A Walk on the Wildside – Part 1
A Walk on the Wildside – Part 2
I would once again beg on your good nature and ask you to comment on my ongoing project.
Thanks… Tg

Sorry didn't get back sooner but I have been off for a long weekend in Fife, Scotland.
Thanks lincslass and Scotkat for your comments it was appreciated.
Will have a look at that link you sent Scotkat when I get back into my routine again.
Don't know if the lack of replies is good or bad, so I will choose to use the adage; " No news is good news" so I will take it that everyone is happy for me to continue in this format....Tg

Its a great idea for giving all your gardening friends the info since there will be different people on each of the sites. I have had complaints in the past that I used the same material on two different sites but knowing that the membership of each site was different and all of the photographs were my own I did not see any reason not to do it. Using your method you can post the message and have one blog. That seems sensible to me but I'm not computer literate enough to do what you have done. I would not have a clue as to how to add links for instance. I enjoyed your blog very much.
