IH Folks
Eh lad you must be mad writing a blog on a Sunday morning when you could be having a lie in, well that is not for me can’t lay in bed when there is a beautiful weather and sun outside in the garden,

Well I wasn’t a very happy bunny yesterday being as my trusty digital camera ( Canon Ixus 700 ) decide to give up the ghost, well actually it wasn’t the camera in its self that went kaput, it was the screen on the back it went all awry and you couldn’t see and pictures, I have had it for about 5 years so I guess it is not to bad, it was a bit expensive at the time as if you had a 7mp camera at that time you were the bees knees , not that it was my intention to try and be posh just needed a decent camera as I was doing a lot of photography for the local community group that I was working with on our estate, as I was helping to keep photographic records, after that it came purely for my own use, and now it will have to be disposed of as it is now cheaper to replace than to repair unfortunately, but the one I have got now is an Olympus u 1060 seems to be quite a nice little camera for the money but dosen’t do very good video not that it matters being as I have a video camera which doesn’t get a lot use these days makes me wonder now why I bought it , and the other reason I had to buy it yesterday as my other half and I were going to a party with my sons, in laws, so lets face it you just have to have a camera, we had a great time and didn’t get back home until 23-00 hrs last night, I was not allowed to drink not that as I drink very much, but I was doing the driving, Oh well.

Well I am now going to go out in the garden and see if Mother Nature is doing a good job, I am sure she is

Well it seems that the airplant has finished flowering ( Tillsandia Ionantha) at least on that plant, but the one next to it seems to have got a bud on so maybe another flower, will keep you updated

We bought a plant at the garden centre, and this little fella was in the side of the pot but it was only a couple of leaves, but I thought it looked so pretty that I decide to grow it on, I am told that it is in fact a weed called Purple Clover, but looking it up in the book it dosen’t list it under that name, (any offers ) ?, will have to check with the garden centre, but I do like the star like flowers, but not sure I would like to get it in the lawn.
