Is it Winter? Of course, it is!

Big changes have happened in our garden. It had been snowing for 2 days. All the plants are under this cold white blanket, even our Thujas (1,40m high). Here are some pictures taken 3 days ago and some ones taken today.
Thujas occidentalis “Brabant” at the beginning of the snowfall…
Thujas are this afrenoon…
This grass was planted in the Summer near our small bog with rain-water.
Juncus effusus “Spiralis” in the snow.
This was our Alpine 3 days ago…
And it is now.
Juncus effusus
Our pond was so lovely with all those dry grasses…
Oh! We don’t have any pond now!
Dry seedhead of Alisma plantago-aquatica
The fountain in our pond…it is completely under the snow now…but is still working.
The seedheads of Allium
Hello! It’s my garden! A little bit cold, but that’s my home…:)
Oh, I have a main job! Mum, don’t draw away my attention!
I love Winter!
Magpie is on the neighbours’ walnut tree looking for something…or for somebody…
The evening is coming…
I would like to wish you some snow for the beauty in your gardens, but not so much as we have…
Now there is no necessity at all to shelter the young vine plants we have! :)
I love you, Winter!

Would like to say MANY THANKS to Seaburngirl, Terratoonie, Lincslass, Valadel, Spritzhenry, Bussylizzy, Dawnsaunt, Ian, Muddywalters, Chuffa, Hywel, Clarice, Sandra and Sanbaz for your lovely comments, and even comments as for hating Snow...:)
Thanks for wishing Merry Christmas...And Happy Christmas and Healthy New Year to all of you from our family...xxxx
My little helper is a BIG helper indeed...:) I'm so happy to have such a gardener...Thanks for your warm comments.
Dawnsaunt, Yes the start of the Winter was very warm for our country and we hoped to have it like this till Spring...but it was a big mistake! Now the weather is awful: in the morning we have the plus temperatures but in the evening it's -10-15...
Ian, by the way, my son's name is Ian...:) My favourite one...
Valadel, Spritzhenry, Hywel and Clarice, promise to show you some pictures of the flowers...not snow...Keep warm! :) Frankly speaking, I'm a person very sensitive to cold...
And I'm very glad you liked my pictures and have read the blog to the end.:) xx

Guummib, in our garden we don't have many plants yet as it is very young, but there are many annuals you can see in the summer. And I like growing different vegs for the kitchen. :)
