new braeburn baby

A couple of weeks ago I took delivery of my new braeburn apple tree. It was bare rooted, but what a difference compared to the last one, which only had two roots in total on it. A nice big football sized root ball. It also still had some leaves on it. So I followed the instructions to the letter again and it is sheltering over winter under my pergola in a big pot. It is a specimen for growing in a pot, and I hope this one does better.
